Calling All Nerds! Help me out, pleeeeaaaaaase!!!

I need some nerd help. Now you know I do love me some nerds... just look at The Hub, he's delish. If The Hub was a nerd he would be strawberry I think, but just because I like strawberry. If you asked him, he'd say sour watermelon.

Anyway that's not the kind of nerd I'm looking for... I need some help with web design-y type stuff. I know just enough about this kind of thing to get me in big freaken trouble. I need someone with html/css/java knowledge. Photoshop would be a plus too, but not necessary.
I don't have a mint to pay you, but I'm gearing up to guest post on several well-known and highly trafficked blogs, which means they think I'm cool enough to guest post, which means a lot of other people do too.
What I'm trying to say is, my readership is climbing every day and in exchange for some webby help, I'll put a big ole ad for you on my site. Maybe I will print your ad onto tattoo paper, and put a big fake tattoo on my forehead and take a picture of it and put it on the front page of the site.
Oh and I could send you something cool in the mail too, or maybe make a movie of how cool you are and put that on the site. Or I could make you some chocolate chip cookies. Whatever.
