my neighbor's newspapers keep getting stolen.

I don't like my neighbor, because he always chats me up when we get our mail, and I don't do so well with the small talk.

Sample conversation:

Him: Hey, how come you never put your van in your garage?

Me: Because the door's broken.

Him: Why don't you get it fixed?

Me: Um, well, I guess I never thought about it.

Him: If you fixed the door, you could put your van in there.

Me: Yeah, but then where would I hide all your newspapers?



I don't think my neighbor likes me any more than I like him.
