yum.

If you are feeling really bad, and nothing is making you feel better, not even a ten dollar rum and coke at a hotel bar, make this. It will make you feel better, emotionally, but it won't make your migraine go away. Just so you know.

Microwave Chocolate Cake - Just like Betty Crocker Warm Delights, and just as easy.

3 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt

Chocolate syrup, to taste

Combine butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and milk. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix dry ingredients into wet.
Now spray a medium sized bowl with cooking spray. (Oh, and make sure it's micrwave safe. no stainless.) Pour the batter into this bowl.
Stick it in the microwave for, oh two or three minutes. Myabe more, maybe less. Till it's set, anyway.
Let it cool five-ish minutes. Then use a plate to flip it out of the bowl. (Like, put the plate on top of the bowl, then flip it over all together and remove the bowl.)
If you want "frosting," drizzle some of the chocolate syrup on it.
Now enjoy!

Oh and by the way, it makes enough for like eighty five people. Okay, two or three. And it doesn't keep - it gets all hard within an hour or so. But for being made in the microwave, who cares? I guess it probably costs thirty cents a serving or something ridiculously cheap like that.

It will make you feel lots better, if you're the sort who feels better when you eat chocolately fudgy goodness.
